Are you thinking of branching out, or relocating to larger premises? Your bank manager may want to see your business plans over the next 3 years or so.
If your plans are contradictory or do not flow logically or do not achieve what you had hoped then you will be turned down at the first hurdle before you have begun. Of course it may be that your plans are unworkable anyway.
If this is the case you may be advised to withdraw your plans and preserve your credibility with your lender until a later date or until your circumstances change. Your business may need to grow a little more first.
